Child Care Entrepreneurship

Overview

Interested in starting your own business? Become a home-based child care provider!

The Child Care Entrepreneurship program is designed to address Houston’s growing need for affordable child care options, particularly in the low to moderate income communities that were impacted by Hurricane Harvey and have not fully recovered.

While creating new business opportunities, the program will also help to connect communities, close the child care gap, and provide opportunities for parents to enter the workforce.
